Coaching Sessions

Coaching is usually done by phone from the convenience of the home or office. The client calls at the specified time with an agenda for the call. Coaching is all about the client's agenda. There are opportunities for in person coaching sessions and will depend on the client's wishes and location. I encourage the client to practice “bottom lining” so that we immediately begin coaching toward solutions.

Complimentary Session

Every potential client receives a complimentary coaching session. The best way to understand the value and benefits of coaching is to experience it personally. You bring the challenge or dream to this session and, together, we’ll brainstorm and strategize solutions to help you get where you want to go. When you continue as a client, don’t be surprised if there is some homework to do in between sessions! Once you become a client, most of my sessions for clients are 45 minutes in length and take place by phone. If it is geographically feasible, I always enjoy meeting face-to-face.

One Month

Each coaching partnership begins with a 1-month immersion simply because change happens over time. While much can be accomplished in a single session, time is needed to integrate new learning, process discoveries, implement action plans, and achieve goals. 2-3 coaching sessions within 4-5 weeks also allows the coaching relationship to progress.

E-Coaching

Available between sessions to all Rare Journey clients. Clients may e-mail at anytime with a situation that needs coaching and receive a response with a question or two to jump-start them into a new way of thinking or action.
